SwapX Announces Collaboration with Beyond Representatives

We are proud to announce our exciting new collaboration with Jonathan Claesen from Beyond Representatives, based in Shanghai.

Joining as an approved Member of the SwapX physical Chromium ore trading platform, Beyond Representatives brings a new dynamic to the SwapX trading platform. Through the new collaboration, SwapX and Beyond Representatives will be able to facilitate and link suppliers with direct access to end buyers and consumers – thanks to Beyond Representatives’ local market intelligence in Asia.

The SwapX digital physical trading platform can now share actual physical traded pricing data to its approved Members. Thus, providing reliable, fair, and honest market Chrome ore trading prices, rather than market sentiment pricing.

About Beyond Representatives

After trading commodities since 2006, in early 2019 Beyond Representatives came to the conclusion that their suppliers needed more than just foreign based trader acting as a middleman in what is already a tight margin market.

Beyond Representatives wanted to give local suppliers a solution where they could get the full CIF value for their cargoes but with the safety of knowing they were well represented in China. By dealing with reputable buyers (established after 10+ years of trading), plus knowing that they had someone permanently based on-the-ground in Shanghai to manage any sampling issues and represent them directly with the buyers, this ultimately has helped suppliers build up their brand directly in the Chinese market.
